Transparency Law

SIDENOR is among the regulated institutions which fall within the scope of Article 3 of Law 19/2013, of December 9th, on transparency, access to public information and good governance.

According to this Article, the provisions of Chapter II, Title I of this Law also apply to private entities which perceive state aid or public subsidies in a period of one year amounting to over €100,000 or if 40% of their annual revenues are state aids or public subsidies.

 

According to Article 8, the regulated institutions shall collect the information to be published. SIDENOR must publish the information referred to in point (c) of Article 8(1) related to the subsidies obtained from a public administration. According to point (c), it is mandatory to publish the amount, object, or purpose and beneficiaries of the obtained state aids and public subsidies.

 

For these purposes, in pursuance of said Law, the following information related to the state aids and public subsidies perceived during the aforementioned period are published.
