Following the announcement of the agreement regarding the purchase of the company Calibrados de Precisión, S.A. (Capresa) by Sidenor in January, the purchase of 100% of the shares of the company has been formally signed this morning.
Capresa is located in La Llagosta, Barcelona, and includes 52 workers; its products are mainly designed for the automotive sector. Its activity is complementary to Sidenor’s in the Bright Steel area.
