Your curriculum vitae shall be retained for a period of one year, while personal data provided to us shall be retained until we are able to address your enquiry or request for information.
After expiry of said deadlines, your personal data shall be erased once all necessary actions for the processing and fulfilment of any remaining obligation between the parties have been performed, whereby all necessary administrative formalities have been carried out during this period.
Notwithstanding the above, your data shall be duly blocked as long as responsibilities may arise from our relationship with you, as well as for complying with other legal obligations of SIDENOR.
In this respect, SIDENOR warrants that it will not process said data unless necessary for the writing, exercise or defence of claims or for making said data available to public administrations, judges and courts during the period of prescription of rights or legal obligations.
