Last May, the Schumag PM1 turning line started its activity in the factory of Vitoria after its transfer from the factory of Maltzaga.
It produces turned bars with a diameter between 15 and 50 mm, a tolerance of up to h9 as well as surfacing and bevelling at both ends and automatic strapping while shaping the package.
It is equipped with crack control and a measuring laser and, in its new linear configuration, has been reinforced by means of a straightness control, a mix-proof control, a demagnetising equipment and an oiling system for each bar.
