At Sidenor, innovation is a value that is incorporated, across the board, in all areas of the company. In this spirit, our Finance Department continuously works to seek new and more efficient ways of financing investments and daily activity.
As a new way of obtaining more funding, Sidenor has registered a promissory note programme with the bond market of BME -MARF- for an amount of 25 million euros.
It is the first time that Sidenor turns to the capital market and, with this new financing tool, the company will be able to place promissory notes in a flexible way, with maximum maturities, in order to obtain terms of up to 2 years.
