  • The steel company will participate in this benchmark event in the machining sector, reaffirming its position in strategic sectors such as automotive, industrial machinery and capital goods.

Sidenor is once again participating in the SIMODEC 2026 show, which will take place from March 2 to 6 at the Parc des Expositions in La Roche-sur-Foron, France. The steel company will be located in stand K33, Hall B1, and showcase its range of special steels and its latest solutions for demanding markets related to machining and precision engineering, such as the automotive, industrial machinery and capital goods sectors.

SIMODEC is one of the reference international shows for precision machining and industrial technologies, where industry leaders present advanced solutions in machine tools, automation, and smart manufacturing. Held every two years, the event brings together manufacturers, engineers, and decision-makers from across Europe, making it a strategic platform for showcasing innovation, opening new business opportunities and connecting with high-level clients.

In this context, Sidenor will present a proposal based on three pillars —sustainability, diversification and competitiveness— and reinforced by what best defines the company: the peace of mind that comes with having a solid partner.

Safety, reliability, industrial strength and a reputation built over decades are part of the value that Sidenor aims to convey to its clients at this year’s event. Furthermore, this year the company wants to focus on something fundamental: continuity in its customer relationship model and personalized service.

Sidenor reaffirms its commitment to offering a close, trustworthy, and locally present service and relationship that its customers value. The company arrives at SIMODEC as a united team, prepared to support each customer with the same personalized attention, attentive listening and commitment that have always characterized its way of working.

Sustainability

During the show, Sidenor will show how it integrates sustainability throughout its industrial operations through decarbonization, circular economy and the use of 100% renewable energy.

The company will explain the progress made in resource efficiency, such as the intensive use of recycled scrap and the recovery of most of its waste, and will detail its emissions reduction strategy, aligned with the climate goals validated by the Science Based Targets initiative.

It will also present its developments in sustainable steels and ecodesign, aimed at minimizing the environmental footprint of its products and helping its customers reduce the impact of their own manufacturing processes.

Market diversification

At SIMODEC, Sidenor will present its developments and certifications targeting sectors where it has strengthened its position in recent years, such as power generation, railways and heavy machinery manufacturing. The company will highlight how its technological capabilities and continued investment in R&D have enabled it to obtain new certifications and expand its presence in new markets.

Competitiveness

To meet the demands of these sectors, Sidenor will explain at its stand how it drives innovation and continuous improvement in its production processes, relying on highly specialized facilities and advanced technology.

Furthermore, thanks to this combination of operational flexibility and technical expertise, Sidenor can quickly adapt to the specific requirements of today’s industry and participate in projects that demand high-performance steels and high levels of reliability.

Attending SIMODEC is part of the company’s business strategy to consolidate its position in the European market. In this vein, the stand will become a meeting point to strengthen ties with customers and partners at a show that brings together the leading players in precision machining and turning.
