97 Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. At Sidenor, one of the main pillars is the safety of all people who work in the organization. For this reason, and taking advantage of the recent approval of the 3d State Metal Convention, by which we are bound as a Company belonging to the metallurgical sector, we stepped up our training efforts in 2022, organizing over 700 trainings, with a total of 14.895 hours, and providing more than 75% of the staff with trainings related to the prevention area (in 2021, 16,891 hours were offered to 90% of the staff). This significant increase was made possible thanks to the joint effort made both by industrial areas and all support areas, which delivered the required trainings, under the leadership of the Human Resources and Prevention teams. We improved the digitalization of the system for monitoring the stowage of trucks which leave the factory, in order to ensure that the shipments we send to our warehouses, other factories or customers, are loaded in a safe way, are perfectly stable and do not present any risk during road travel. We improved the existing application, so that monitoring can be performed not only when the truck is leaving, but also directly on a computer, based on existing views. Management of modifications.
