96 Sustainability Report 2022 | People and talent The frequency rate includes all accidents involving absence from work that have occurred in Sidenor’s installations. The data on accidents at work detailed in the table are not disaggregated by sex. The risk profile is defined according to each work position, as gender is not a relevant topic in terms of occupational safety for the Company, given that, besides, men account for more than 90% of the workforce. Thus, Sidenor does not consider occupational accidents according to gender but to the risk inherent to each position. In 2022, we carried out all campaigns and projects scheduled in the field of occupational risk prevention, prioritizing all campaigns which favor the health of our employees and always complying with the measures established for COVID-19 control, so as not to jeopardize the health of our workers.
