95 Risk Prevention and Occupational Health are fundamental principles for Sidenor. The commitment of the Company to human beings in all their integrity, as a value that is above its other objectives and priorities, is an aspect that characterizes us and combines the efforts of all people who are part of the organization. For this reason, the Company and its unions representatives established in 2022 a negotiation table which is working on the development of a new Prevention Plan for all the Group. Within the framework of this negotiation table, the entire Safety and Health management system is analyzed in order to make further progress in the policies, tools and practices to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. This negotiation aims at boosting the involvement and conviction of people regarding the possibility to commit to a greater integration, participation, and update of the system, so that it might incorporate new resources and challenges related to the technological and social changes to which the entire organization needs to adapt, as well as its way of preventing work-related accidents and illnesses.
