91 Talent management People are the main asset in the organization. For this reason, talent management involves planning, organizing, leading and supervising the various activities they perform. Talent management at Sidenor ensures efficient collaboration among the members of the organization, without considering hierarchical levels, so as to reach organizational and individual objectives. For this purpose, we must take care of the people of the organization, who are the driving forces and agents of such organizational efficiency. For this purpose, Sidenor works to establish development and career plans for these persons as well as succession and on- boarding plans that improve employee experience and contribute to motivation towards achieving goals. To all this, we must add all training actions carried out at Sidenor: they promote the knowledge of people and represent another way of providing knowledge tools that are extremely necessary to development, apart from being a good way to motivate them towards excellence in all they do. SIT2030 Talent program The SIT2030 program has been developed for a year and a half, with the main objective of providing its participants with skills in order to improve the employability of the group identified as High Potentials. Such employability is based on four fundamental pillars: continuous learning capacity, technical knowledge, Industry 4.0 knowledge and skills development. Over this period, the participants attended courses and lectures by various professionals who trained them and provided them with tools in the mentioned areas. In the final phase of the program, the participants worked on various projects proposed by the Management, which aimed at answering current needs or improvement opportunities within the organization. These projects were developed and implemented in Sidenor, thus involving the program participants Bideratu program Two editions have already been organized and, in 2023, we will carry out the third edition of this program intended for the facilitators of the Company. It stems from the need to value and strengthen the importance of the facilitator role within Sidenor. As for learning, it aims at providing the participants with the necessary skills to proactively participate in the management and leadership of their teams in the environment of Industry 4.0. This program lasts six months; its participants will work in teams and carry out projects of different nature, to which they will contribute, according to their respective functions, with different solutions which bring value to the Company and improve daily work.
