88 Sustainability Report 2022 | People and talent Avanza > Plan At Sidenor, we value all organization members and intend to foster their talent and development. For this purpose, we launched in 2022 the Avanza> Plan, which is the first step on the path towards a new human resources management within Sidenor. The Avanza> Plan stems from the need to analyze our level of skills and hold discussions with our teams on the way to improve and develop our knowledge and abilities. In addition, the Avanza> Plan results from Sidenor Management’s attention to the need to improve communication, know about people’s concerns, value their input, know their expectations and see how we can work together and improve. Avanza> is a skills assessment plan which includes three perspectives:  Past: We rely on evidence in order to understand how a person has developed so far, so as to proceed to her self-assessment and the assessment of her manager.  Present: we hold a feedback meeting on the current situation of this person.  Future: We establish improvement commitments from now on, developing an improvement plan. One of the main objectives of Avanza > is establish new communication spaces, recognizing well-done work
