84 Sustainability Report 2022 | People and talent Sidenor’s Equality Plan will remain in force until 2023. It aims at implementing a set of improvement measures in terms of equal opportunities between women and men, so as to achieve effective equality within the Company. However, in 2021, a negotiation table was established with the unions represented in the Company, with the aim of adapting and updating the Equality Plan to Royal Decrees RD 901/2020 and 902/2020. It led to an agreement according to which the following aspects of the Plan were updated in 2022:  Initial diagnosis  Salary register  Remuneration audit  Follow-up indicators This confirms Sidenor’s commitment to increasing the equality of opportunities between women and men. We are aware of the fact that much work remains to be done, but Sidenor further commits to favoring female hiring, informing and training the entire staff on equality, improving working time organization, enhancing co- responsibility, implementing occupational health measures under a gender perspective and protecting rights in case of gender violence, among others.
