Salary gap and average gross annual salary at Sidenor All our production centers implement a policy of pay equity between men and women. This is reflected in the collective agreements, in which salary scales per category are the same for both genders.. Collective bargaining During 2022, the collective agreements of the worksites of Basauri, Vitoria, Reinosa, General Offices and Legutiano, as well as Sidenor R&D, were signed. We therefore now have collective agreements in all our centers which cover 86% of our professionals (86% in 2021). The agreed working conditions provide the Company with a strong stability in order to most reliably face the future, and recognize the work and efforts made by the staff over the past years, in addition to introducing employment stability measures.
