73 Re-education Environmental re-education at Sidenor focuses on the learning process regarding environmental and energy issues as well as awareness on their impact and individual action impact. Focusing on ongoing improvement, each company area reviews training needs annually and proposes a series of learning and awareness activities. Such training actions have the following objectives: To improve the environmental and energy performance of positions whose tasks might directly or indirectly impact these two aspects. To raise awareness and motivation regarding environmental and energy matters. To foster culture and alignment with the organization’s environmental policies and objectives. In 2022, Sidenor has launched a sustainable life challenge with a view to involving the entire organization in the fight against climate change. This project was developed using The Planet App. This application helps to reduce CO 2 emissions, and to change some daily habits and make them more sustainable. With The Planet App’s courses on sustainability, Sidenor intends to disseminate knowledge on the big sustainability challenges and provide all its employees with tools that they can apply in their daily life.
