Sidenor 2021 Sustainability Report. Non-financial information statement

In 2021 and within the framework of the Healthy Company Project, the following actions were carried out:  Internal communication campaign aiming at raising awareness on workers’ health improvement. For this campaign, which was designed to promote a better and healthier nutrition, we benefited from the participation of companies specialised in this matter. We also worked on assessing this campaign by supervising and monitoring Sidenor workers indicators obtained from the health service reports in the respective factories.  Improved information on the canteen menu in the factory of Basauri, by displaying the nutritional facts of all dishes included in this menu.  Yearly flu vaccination campaign.  Physiotherapy service for the recovery of workers, with the development of a back school workshop for injury prevention.  Blood donation campaign in all plants of Sidenor. 94 Sustainability Report 2021 | People and talent
