91 The frequency rate includes all accidents involving absence from work that have occurred in Sidenor’s installations. The data on accidents at work detailed in the table are not disaggregated by sex. The risk profile is defined according to each work position, as gender is not a relevant topic in terms of occupational safety for the Company, given that, besides, men account for over 95% of the productive workforce. Thus, Sidenor does not consider occupational accidents according to gender but to the risk inherent to each position. In 2021, we carried out all campaigns and projects scheduled in the field of occupational risk prevention, adapting their execution to the measures established due to COVID-19 so as not to jeopardize the health of our workers.
