87 Talent management Human talent management is an administrative function which involves planning, organising, leading and supervising the activities of the people, as they are the main asset in the organisation. Talent management at Sidenor ensures efficient collaboration among the members of the organisation, without considering hierarchical levels, so as to reach organisational and individual objectives. In order to enable the achievement of these objectives, we must take care of the people of the organisation, who are the driving forces and agents of such an organisational efficiency. For this purpose, Sidenor works to establish development and career plans for these persons as well as succession and on-boarding plans that improve employee experience and contribute to motivation towards achieving goals. To all this, we must add all training actions carried out at Sidenor: they promote the knowledge of people and represent another way of offering knowledge tools that are so necessary for people’s talent, apart from being a good way to motivate them towards excellence in all they do. Training actions As part of the training plan for our workers, we have various resources aiming at training them in soft abilities and knowledge, such as the skills defined for the whole staff, as well as technical knowledge that contribute to increasing their abilities and develop their entire potential. SIT2030 Talent programme The SIT2030 programme aims at improving the employability of the group identified as High Potentials, through a three- year development programme. Such employability is based on four fundamental pillars: continuous learning capacity, technical knowledge, Industry 4.0 knowledge and skills development. Bideratu programme This programme is intended for the facilitators of the Company and aims at valuing and strengthening the value of the facilitator role within Sidenor. As for learning, it aims at providing the participants with the necessary skills to proactively participate in the management and leadership of their teams in the environment of Industry 4.0. This programme lasts one year and includes team work in order to carry out projects of interest for the Company.
