82 Sustainability Report 2021 | People and talent In October 2021, the negotiation table gathering social and Company representatives was established, with the aim to adapt and agree on a new Equality Plan aligned with the new legislation, which should be available at the end of 2022. Externally, we aligned our commitment to our surroundings with the purpose of our Equality Plan and pursued our collaboration with the Kaiku rowing Club in order to give visibility to women’s sport. We believe that our Equality Plan, as well as the initiatives it triggers, is a major step forward, although we will continue working to further improve in this field. Thus, we will further encourage policies and measures which favour the inclusion of women in a sector which is traditionally male.
