76 Sustainability Report 2021 | People and talent Our staff, which was made up of 1,802 people at the end of 2021 and 1,633 at the end of 2020, is our greatest asset. Thanks to the commitment, talent and daily endeavour of all professionals who are part of Sidenor, we have become the Company that we are now. We want to continue growing together and, for this purpose, we work day after day to provide our team with the best possible workplace. In terms of prevention, we constantly review and improve the safety systems of all our centres and activities so as to ensure the integrity and health of the staff. In the last two years, all measures which were carried out in order to mitigate COVID-19 risks and thus protect the integrity of all our professionals were particularly relevant.
