At Sidenor, we maintain a strong commitment to human rights respect and compliance, as mentioned in our Code of Ethics and our Protocol of Action against allegations of harassment and violence at work. Our main area of activity is the European continent and, for this reason, we observe the European Union directives established in this regard, always looking after the rights of all people, without any distinction. Likewise, we reject all forms of forced or mandatory labour and child labour. In addition, we comply with the International Labour Organisation Core Conventions, which mention, among other factors, the respect for freedom of association and the rights to collective bargaining.
