63 Leaders and safety In 2018, as a support to the safety actions regularly performed by the Group, we launched a series of Safety Leadership training courses intended for all managers in the area of industry, general offices and R&D. The initiative, which ended in 2019, included various group dynamics, which dealt with the following topics: the importance of good leadership, how to deal with workers when observations regarding behaviour need to be done, specific training on security system tools in order to highlight their importance. Permanent dialogue Each and every member of Sidenor has the responsibility of fostering safety within the Group. Therefore, and in order to align professionals with corporate strategies, we implemented the “Daily safety dialogue” practice. Every day, at the start of each shift, people invest five minutes in chatting about any type of aspect related to accident prevention. Actions for further improvement
