For this reason, no emergency, production or economic situation can compromise the integrity of our workers. Led by Sidenor Management and with support from the Prevention services, we work day after day to be a safer and healthier company and aware of all facets of protecting people. Thus, we make an effort to promote and foster a preventive culture of safety by im-plementing a number of actions to maintain our target of eradicating accidents in the Group. This philosophy is reflected in our internal policy as well as our scrupulous compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations. The search for ongoing improvement in this field allows us to learn from the most outstanding practices in the sector and implement them systematically in our centres and activities. We also provide the entire staff with specific prevention training so as to raise their awareness of the importance of this issue and align them with the Group’s strategies and objectives.
