59 In line with the commitment to the training and development of future professionals defined in the previous years, we have increased the Dual Vocational Training programmes. Such programmes enable us to adapt skilled workforce to their real needs and to strengthen the links between Sidenor and educational centres. In addition, in 2019, we opened new areas of For young professionals cooperation with public and private universities in order to foster Dual Training in this field an aspect which is, in our view, essential in order to detect young talents who might become the managers of the future. With the same objective, we also established a training programme for young graduates: through its introduction in various production departments, we are dedicating significant economic and human efforts to adapt talent and skills, paying special attention to industrial and metallurgical knowledge. In addition, we participate each year in fairs and employment events in order to attract future talents. One of the major events was the “Day of Industry”, in which we took part in order to give visibility to the sector as a future destination for young professionals, notably women.
