55 In 2019, we carried out various initiatives in order to encourage compliance with the objectives of these transversal measures. They included the training of 31 people in “Awareness raising on Equal Opportunities”, a pilot project which gathered Human Resources as well as union representatives and will continue in 2020 as a cascade training from Management to all Company levels. In addition, an internal initiative was launched in March, which consisted in an internal call open to the entire staff: a design contest to draft the “logo” of our Equality Plan. This initiative was very successful and the winner was the following: Externally, we aligned our commitment to our surroundings with the purpose of our Equality Plan and started working together with the Kaiku rowing Club in order to give visibility to women’s sport by signing a support and sponsorship agreement for the Club’s women rower team. Our Equality Plan, as well as the initiatives it triggers, is a major step forward, although we will continue working to further improve in this field. Thus, we will further encourage policies and measures which favour the inclusion of women in a sector which is traditionally male. The ground floor of the headquarters includes a series of meeting rooms and toilets as well as parking places specifically intended for people with disabilities. Besides, a lift was installed in 2019, all this with a view to achieving universal accessibility for disabled people. People trained in “Awareness on Equal Opportunities” 31 EQUALITY PLAN
